South Bass Island OH

South Bass Island, Ohio

Harbour Lights Limited Edition #237

Just north of Port Clinton, in the blue expanse of Lake Erie, a series of three lovely islands has attracted visitors for hundreds of years. South Bass Island, the largest of the three, is home to the charming town of Put-in-Bay, one of Lake Erie's most popular summer destinations. On the rugged, southern shore, a remarkable red brick lighthouse stands proudly, a reminder of the island's rich nautical history. Established in 1897 and discontinued in 1962, the sentinel is renowned for its handsome, Queen Anne- style dwelling.

Harbour Lights has recreated this historic building as a hand painted, limited edition sculpture. South Bass - OH measures 5" x 8" and is limited to just 10,000 hand-numbered pieces. This beautiful work of art will retail for a suggested $80 in fine gift, collectible and nautical shops.
